I’m not extrovert at all, I think I’m a combination of both. People often make many misattributions about reticent people, sometimes they think is a syndrome or any kind of phobia but it isn’t like that. Every time I feel aloof is because I’m not with my kindred souls, they make me feel sure about myself.  I used to have a public speaking phobia but as soon as I became a teacher I learned how to overcome that every single day for the sake of my own fulfillment.

     I remember that when we were talking about Spiritual Renewal in class the professor asked "what do you do to renew yourself?" and I said "I cry and sleep", the professor asked me if I was pulling his leg, but I was not. A lot of people to renew themselves fast, others, like me, do weird things.   Before explaining why I cry and sleep to renew myself, let's see a definition of fasting. I think that the people spiritual renewal in the Easter, because they think what tthings have done wrong in their life and what they do to change. In December is other time when the people spiritual renewal for they going  have  new year and they need  their life be different.
